Who may join

Voting membership is open to those currently in active service as stated clerks. Affiliate membership is open to those who formerly served at least five years as a stated clerk, those who support the purposes of the Association, instructors in polity, and those who wish to embark upon training preparatory to election as a stated clerk. Affiliate members have voice but not vote at Association meetings.
